Patient:
Recruit Dolthé Ver Jnr., Strike Team Member - Marine Expeditionary Force, RSS Empress Teta

Attending Medic:
Corporal Kethal Darren, Able Crew - Medical Personal, RSS Empress Teta

Triage:
YELLOW
– Condition stable, but requires observation and reevaluation.

Condition:
Happened during a physical exercise that was overseen by First Lieutenant Margo Faulkner. Patient was unconscious at the arrival of medical personal, where after he came to rather quickly. He exhibited paleness and confusion, but since he was wearing a full set of Virtus MKIIb Assault Armour, we were unable to recognize other symptoms at the time.

Diagnosis:
Neurally mediated syncope – more specifically; neurocardiogenic.

Treatment:
Patient was escorted on a stretcher to the medical bay where the aforementioned armor was removed, and he was kept overnight for observation. Blood pressure and pulse was monitored with increased intervals throughout the night. Only irregular reading was the first, showing an increased HR and low BP.
His legs were left in a slightly elevated position for some time until he stabilized, and his color returned. An I.V. port was set and a glucose, saline solution was given over the cause of the night.
He responded well to treatment, showing no signs of the event come morning. No further treatment deemed necessary, as it was a benign syncope. Lastly, a few words of advice were given, and he was told the importance of reporting any future events such as this, for safety reasons.

Prognosis:
Full recovery. Can return to active duty without issue as soon as he’s discharged from medical bay.

Additional Comments:
No further comments on the situation at hand, but an assortment of tattoos across his body, depicting various objects, was noticed during his stay. Likewise, signs of his skin having healed – old injuries? - rather expertly, not leaving much physical trace. Inquire further at the physical examination.
